To make it easier for users to compare the position data in the assistance, we have introduced a horizontal table view.
Using the horizontal view the extracted data is shown below the document instead of to the right of it.
In addition, the header row is fixed so that you can always see which fields you are looking at.
When scrolling the rows in the table, the position in the document is also shown in parallel, making it easier to focus on what you want to match.
Thus, the extracted positions can be compared easily and clearly line by line.
For a better match to your documents and preferences, the columns can also be specifically adjusted in width by the user.
Where is the function applicable?
In the Workbench assistance view for line items, you can choose between list and table. The table view is available horizontally below the document in addition to the familiar vertical view next to the document.
To change view, you can simply click on "Switch to new version" above the table and it will automatically switch to the horizontal table view.
It is currently possible to switch between the two views.
