Change document status to "On Hold"
You can easily change the status of documents in the assistance view between "Assistance" and "On Hold" using the display above the document. This feature allows you to put documents on hold for later editing to manage tasks more efficiently.
In addition, you can add a note to store why the document cannot or should not be completed at this time. This can help to better understand the context later or provide information to other team members.
Automatically switch back to "Assistance”
Once a document has been put on hold, editing can be resumed at any time. As soon as the document is edited, the system automatically detects that support is continuing and switches the status back to "Assistance".
To better manage tasks, documents can be filtered based on their status.
You can search by "Assistance" to view all tasks in assistance mode, or by "On hold" to view deferred tasks. This gives you a better overview and helps you focus on the relevant tasks.
Deferred documents are also not suggested for further processing.
When a task is on hold, it is not automatically suggested for further editing. This allows you to focus on other tasks until you are ready to return to the deferred task.
