This new feature gives you an even better understanding of the extraction process. See at a glance where the data came from and the confidence with which we determined the individual data points. To activate the new feature, proceed as follows:

• Click on the shown button in the assistance view and confirm "Show explanations"
• The displayed symbols give you a direct indication of the source of the individual data points
• Hovering over symbols or clicking into the field shows more information (e.g. confidence)

More power for our field extraction

We are continuously working to ensure that your data is extracted with an even higher level of security and quality. Among other things, we have made the following optimizations:

• Extraction of date values - Improved recognition of international formats, validation of discrepancies between delivery and order dates, and more
• Unit recognition - Reduced uncertainty in unit assignment  thanks to an even more comprehensive recognition system
• Learning addresses - Better suggestions for address data by learning from your corrections
