The delivery address displayed by the Workist AI is different from the one on the document.

If a different delivery address is displayed than the one present on the document, there can be several reasons for this:

• Discrepancy between document data and previous assistance.
• Differences between document data and master data

The explanation function can provide information about what is the reason for the deviating proposal.

In the case that the deviating address has been "learned" incorrectly, contact should be made with us so that we can re-learn possibly incorrectly trained information.

Important: To retrain the AI we need specific information.
The info should be generally valid and not one-off case specific.
