What can be checked:
- Check your internet connection - Is the internet connection stable?
If the connection is unstable, a document may also fail due to "timeout". - Was the document possibly uploaded to another channel?
- It is worth checking other channels if the document is not visible.
- If you see the document among your open documents as "failed", click the three dots and click "Try again". If it continues to fail, please let us know.
Check closed documents:
- Was the document filed directly under "Finished" (outside of automation)?
Use the filter function to check per status. - It is possible that the order was placed in a format that we cannot process, as such, it will also be automatically finished.
Our common formats include: PDF, eml, msg, xls, xlsx, jpeg, png.
