If a new selection or manual typing of the customer number still does not accept it or suggest it for selection in the dropdown, it is likely that this customer number is not contained in the master data.
- The customer number should then be subsequently maintained in the master data.
- After the next data import (usually latest overnight, depending on how often your IT exports data), this should then be available for selection.
