I can no longer select data points on the document

You can only make corrections to documents that have not yet been completed.

• reselect or type manually
• To reselect, click in the field and either drag the cursor over the location in the document you want to apply, or type it in manually.
• Sometimes, if you want to reselect a whole information block (e.g. all delivery address info or all customer info) it might only work selecting every field line by line (this can be due to document encoding which is not visible in the Workbench).
