Improved View of Failed Documents
We have implemented many measures to improve the performance of Workist so that many documents don't fail in the first place and there are no major delays. Here is a small selection of the biggest changes:
- Unsupported documents are now rejected and can be manually discarded by the user
- Clearer communication for failed documents to provide precise assistance
- Documents that fail during output can now also be edited again to resolve the source of the problem

Workist Add-In for Microsoft Outlook
We are pleased to show you our latest improvement! We have just released a Workist add-in for Microsoft Outlook. This takes email forwarding to the next level by giving you the ability to track and monitor forwarded emails with ease. It is designed to work seamlessly with all Workist products and requires a current version of Microsoft Outlook on Microsoft 365 for optimal performance.
Ruko Success Story: Incredible 87% Time Savings with Workist
We are particularly proud of this success story! With Workist, the precision tool manufacturer RUKO was able to save up to 61 days per quarter in sales.
What makes RUKO special? The high number of available articles, the international success and order documents, some of which are up to 50 pages long, represent a major challenge for manual order entry. Our intelligent order entry, which includes both the validation of master data and the comparison of VAT identification numbers, enables RUKO to save valuable time that can be used for more important tasks.

Wanted: Partner for Co-Innovation Project to Automate List of Services Processing
At Workist, we are constantly striving to expand the scope of our software in order to provide you with the most comprehensive support possible for all document-based processes in sales and purchasing.
As the next extension to the product, we want to develop a solution for the automated processing of lists of services. As always, we want our solution to be customer-centred. We are therefore looking for one or two additional pilot customers joining our co-innovation project as partners so that we can develop the best possible solution.
