May is here, bringing warmer weather and a chance to enjoy some well-deserved holidays. But not for us, as we’ve been working on some key updates to the Workbench. This is just the beginning, with even more improvements on the horizon. Get ready to discover new features designed to streamline your workflow and make your job easier!

Introducing the New Overview Page 2.0

Today, we're rolling out a new version of the Overview page, marking the first step towards a more efficient way to find and assist documents. And this is just the beginning—there's a second round of improvements already in the works! 

So, what are the key changes?

• Clearer Tab Titles: We’ve renamed the tabs to make navigation more intuitive:
  • 'Open' is now 'Inbox'
  • 'Completed' is now 'Archive'
• Enhanced Sorting Mechanism: Gain more control over document order with our new sorting options:
  • Sort by created date (newest/oldest)
  • Sort by creator (A-Z/Z-A)
• Visual Alignment: We’ve visually aligned the table columns into a grid for easier information scanning
• Clearer Labels: All columns are now clearly labeled, so you always know what information you’re looking at
• New Quick Access Button: Open documents directly in a new tab with our new button, so you no longer need to right-click or remember shortcuts (if you prefer using shortcuts, you can still do that through ‘ctrl + click’)

Introducing the New Assistance Page 2.0

In the coming weeks we will be releasing another set of updates to one of the most used pages in the Workbench: the Assistance page. This new version is also designed to help you save time when assisting documents that Worki needs human support to fully understand.

In a nutshell, these are the new things you can expect:

1. Streamlined Layout: The Header Data and Line Item Data tabs are now part of a single-scroll layout, making it easier for you to support Worki with its training
2. Task Completion Enhancement: Completing Header and Line Item sections now requires all sections to be completed before the button is enabled, reducing confusion
3. Improved Table View: We've enhanced the table view to include explanations and numbering for smoother navigation
4. Fast Track Filtering: You can now filter the form to display only fields that need assistance (fast track), reducing assistance time, especially for longer documents. Additionally, the number of fields requiring attention is displayed in the section headers for easy tracking of remaining tasks
5. UI Adjustments: We've made several UI adjustments, including lighter input fields, placing explanation icons inside fields, and rearranging titles for more space, resulting in a cleaner interface
