WorKI, our AI, contacts you by email in case of an assistance case. Ideally, you forward the document to the Workbench, find it again in your ERP system and do not have to log into the Workist Workbench. However, it may happen that important predefined data points are missing on the document or WorKI could not validate these data points with your master data. In this case, WorKI will ask you for assistance.
Setting the e-mail notifications
As an admin user, these areas are of interest to you. Here you can change important profile data. Under Company you can now set the interval for the Email Notifications → Change.
The notification can take place at certain times. This means that you can, for example, receive an email from WorKI at 8 am and 1 pm with all the assistance cases and then work through them in bundles. Or you can set it up so that you receive a notification immediately after the KI requires assistance.
