Workist integrates the product into existing IT systems via an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
The process is explained below:
You forward the document (which is received by email) to your Workist email address. We process the original PDF document and extract important data points so that we can, for example, generate an XML-based EDI message, which we then send to our customers' IT systems together with the original document.
To ensure that we always work with the most up-to-date master data, we recommend an automated and regular master data exchange. The exchange usually takes place via an SFTP server provided by us. You can then store your data as CSV or Excel files on this server and we will automatically import them into our system.
