As a User, after processing an order you can check in the Workbench under "result" whether the documents edited by you or your users have been successfully uploaded to the SFTP - server.
Step 1: Please log in to the Workbench as usual.
Step 2: Go to the "All Channels" bar and now select the appropriate processes.
Step 3: If you have found the right process, look under "Completed" for the finished document that you want to check and select it.
Step 4: Now go to the "Result" bar on the right.
Step 5: Now check whether the checkmarks for "Generate output document" & "Send output document" have a green background.
Once all steps are successful, a green checkmark will be displayed. In case the document was not successfully uploaded to the SFTP server, please send us an e-mail directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
